1. Introduction
Welcome to Nayden24.
Nayden24 provides a digital platform designed to connect customers with construction professionals, artisans, building-material vendors, suppliers, and logistics providers. The platform supports the discovery of services and products, project coordination, communication, orders, deliveries, and associated transactions.
This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) establishes the standards of conduct that apply when accessing or using Nayden24, including its website, mobile applications, marketplace, project-management features, messaging tools, payment-related features, delivery-tracking tools, customer-support channels, and any other services we make available.
Our objective is to maintain a safe, trustworthy, transparent, and professionally managed environment in which customers and service providers can conduct legitimate construction-related business.
By accessing or using Nayden24, creating an account, listing a product or service, initiating a transaction, or communicating through the platform, you agree to comply with this Policy and all applicable laws, regulations, and other applicable Nayden24 terms and policies.
If you do not agree with this Policy, you must discontinue use of the platform.
2. Scope and Application
This Policy applies to all individuals and organisations that access, register for, provide services through, purchase products through, communicate on, or otherwise interact with Nayden24.
It applies to the following categories of users, among others:
- Customers: Individuals or businesses seeking construction services, building materials, equipment, delivery, or other supported offerings.
- Artisans and contractors: Professionals offering construction, installation, maintenance, repair, finishing, or other construction-related services.
- Vendors and suppliers: Individuals or businesses listing, selling, or supplying building materials, tools, equipment, and related products.
- Logistics providers: Individuals or businesses responsible for transportation, collection, handling, or delivery of materials, equipment, and other permitted items.
- Business representatives: Employees, agents, subcontractors, authorised representatives, or other persons acting for a registered customer or provider.
- Visitors and other users: Persons browsing the website, interacting with public content, or communicating with Nayden24, whether registered or not.
You are responsible for ensuring that persons acting through your account or on your behalf comply with this Policy.
This Policy applies to conduct occurring directly on Nayden24 and to conduct outside the platform where that conduct is reasonably connected to a Nayden24 account, listing, project, order, payment, delivery, or business relationship initiated through the platform.
3. Relationship With Other Nayden24 Policies
This Policy should be read alongside the other applicable Nayden24 policies, terms, and agreements, including, where available:
- Terms and Conditions or Terms of Service.
- Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection notices.
- Payment, cancellation, refund, and dispute-resolution policies.
- Vendor, artisan, contractor, and logistics-provider agreements.
- Listing, content, and intellectual-property rules.
- Any transaction-specific terms displayed during checkout or order confirmation.
This Policy explains acceptable and prohibited conduct. It does not, by itself, establish every commercial term governing a transaction or replace a separate provider agreement.
Where different documents address the same matter, the applicable contractual terms will be interpreted together, subject to any mandatory legal requirements. Nothing in this Policy removes or restricts a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
4. General Principles of Acceptable Use
Every user must use Nayden24 responsibly, honestly, lawfully, and in a manner consistent with the legitimate purpose of the platform.
You must:
- Provide accurate, complete, and reasonably up-to-date information.
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes and authorised activities.
- Treat customers, artisans, vendors, logistics providers, and Nayden24 personnel with respect.
- Honour accepted orders, agreed specifications, disclosed prices, and confirmed transaction terms.
- Communicate honestly about availability, timelines, product quality, workmanship, delivery, and payment.
- Protect account credentials, confidential information, and personal data.
- Follow applicable safety standards, construction requirements, professional obligations, and other relevant laws.
- Cooperate reasonably with legitimate verification, complaint-handling, and transaction-review processes.

5. Account Eligibility, Registration, and Verification
5.1 Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into the transactions or agreements for which you use Nayden24.
Individual account holders must be at least 18 years old, or older where the applicable law requires a higher age for the relevant activity. A business may use Nayden24 through an appropriately authorised representative who meets these requirements.
You must not create or operate an account on behalf of another person or business without proper authority.
5.2 Accurate registration information
When registering or updating an account, you must provide accurate information, including any details required for your intended use of the platform.
Depending on your role, this may include your name, business name, contact details, business address, service area, professional qualifications, registration details, tax information, payment-settlement details, and other reasonably necessary information.
You must promptly update material changes to the information you have provided.
You must not:
- Use a false identity or impersonate another person or business.

5.3 Identity and business verification
Nayden24 may request identity, business, professional, or transaction-related documentation where reasonably necessary for onboarding, account security, marketplace integrity, fraud prevention, payment processing, or legal compliance.
You must provide genuine documents through the designated submission channels and respond truthfully to reasonable verification requests.
Verification may be limited in scope and may not independently establish a person's competence, financial standing, ongoing legal compliance, or future conduct. Users must not describe a provider as certified, licensed, insured, or approved in a particular capacity unless that description is accurate and supported.
Nayden24 may restrict features, decline onboarding, or review an account when required information cannot be reasonably verified, subject to applicable law and the relevant terms.

This includes, where applicable, counterfeit construction products, prohibited weapons, unlawful explosives, illicit drugs, unlawfully obtained controlled materials, and hazardous substances handled or supplied without legally required authorisation.
Regulated goods, specialist equipment, hazardous materials, and safety-critical services may only be offered or arranged where legally permitted and where the necessary licences, qualifications, handling arrangements, and approvals are in place.
You must not use Nayden24 to obtain construction approvals improperly, evade inspection requirements, falsify compliance certificates, or procure work that would unlawfully endanger people or property.
6.4 Financial crime and suspicious transactions
You must not use the platform to launder money, conceal the source of funds, finance criminal activity, facilitate fraud, evade applicable financial restrictions, or conduct transactions using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials.
You must not knowingly disguise the identity of a payer, payee, beneficial business owner, or transaction recipient in order to mislead Nayden24 or a payment service provider.

6.5 Bribery, corruption, and improper inducements
You must not offer, solicit, provide, or accept bribes or other improper inducements in connection with a Nayden24 transaction, including inducements intended to manipulate verification, reviews, supplier selection, payments, dispute outcomes, or platform decisions.
All business arrangements must comply with applicable anti-corruption and other relevant laws.
6.6 Exploitation and unlawful labour practices

Any authorised integration or automated access must remain within the scope of the permission granted by Nayden24.
If you discover a security vulnerability, suspected compromise, or technical weakness, you must report it through the designated support or security channel and must not exploit it or disclose it in a way that creates avoidable harm.
8. Acceptable Use of Listings and Marketplace Features
All product listings, service descriptions, advertisements, project requests, quotations, proposals, and other marketplace submissions must be relevant to the platform and lawful.
You must ensure that your listings:

- Do not contain unauthorised advertising, malicious links, or misleading contact information.
- Do not copy another person's content without the necessary rights or permission.
You must not publish duplicate, fictitious, deliberately misleading, or manipulated listings intended to deceive users or distort the marketplace.
Nayden24 may remove, correct, restrict, or request clarification of listings that appear to violate this Policy, the applicable terms, or the law.

- Falsely claim that an order was not received, a service was not performed, or a payment was not authorised.
- Deliberately damage or misuse a provider's tools, equipment, materials, or property.
- Threaten poor reviews or false complaints to force an unjustified refund, discount, or additional service.
- Use a provider's personal or business information for harassment, unauthorised marketing, or another unlawful purpose.
Nothing in this section prevents customers from raising legitimate complaints, rejecting non-conforming work where legally or contractually justified, requesting a refund, or exercising a lawful right to dispute a transaction.
10. Obligations of Artisans, Contractors, and Service Providers
Artisans, contractors, and other professionals using Nayden24 must conduct their business professionally, competently, safely, and honestly.
10.1 Professional qualifications and authority
Providers must maintain any licences, permits, qualifications, insurance, registrations, and approvals required by applicable law for the work they undertake.

You must promptly notify Nayden24 of any material change affecting your eligibility to offer a listed service.
10.2 Service descriptions, quotations, and delivery
Providers must accurately describe the services they offer, their availability, their capabilities, and any material limitations.
Before undertaking work, providers should ensure that the scope, specifications, deliverables, prices, payment arrangements, timelines, and material responsibilities are sufficiently clear to the parties.

Where an issue makes work unsafe or materially different from what was agreed, providers must communicate the issue promptly and take appropriate steps consistent with their contractual and legal obligations.
10.4 Safety and site conduct
Providers must use appropriate protective equipment, safe work methods, and qualified personnel where required.
You must not knowingly compromise the structural integrity of a building, disable essential safety measures unlawfully, disregard required permits, or undertake work that presents an unreasonable and avoidable risk to people or property.
Accidents, significant damage, unsafe conditions, and other material incidents associated with a Nayden24 project should be reported promptly through the appropriate channels.
10.5 Customer property and confidentiality
Providers must safeguard customer property, materials, keys, access credentials, plans, designs, photographs, and other information entrusted to them.

Vendors must not knowingly supply counterfeit, stolen, adulterated, falsely labelled, unsafe, or unlawfully sourced products.
Where a product is subject to special handling, licensing, safety, or transport requirements, the vendor must ensure that the transaction complies with those requirements.
Nayden24 may remove a listing or restrict a vendor where there is a reasonable basis to suspect a material violation, subject to applicable law and relevant contractual terms.

Nayden24 may investigate suspicious feedback and remove, restrict, or annotate reviews that reasonably appear to be fraudulent, manipulated, unlawful, or otherwise in breach of applicable platform rules.
15. Intellectual Property Rights
You must respect the intellectual-property rights of Nayden24 and other parties.
You must not use the platform to infringe copyright, trademarks, patents, design rights, trade secrets, or other protected rights.
This includes copying another provider's portfolio, using protected product photographs without permission, falsely using another business's brand, distributing pirated software, or presenting another person's designs or technical drawings as your own.

16. Privacy, Personal Data, and Confidential Information
All users must handle personal data and confidential business information responsibly.

Nayden24's collection and processing of personal information is addressed in its Privacy Policy and applicable privacy notices. This Acceptable Use Policy does not replace those documents.

You must never share your password, OTP, card PIN, or card security code with someone claiming to be Nayden24 support.
Nayden24 personnel or another user must not be treated as authorised to request your secret authentication credentials.
Do not make payments to an employee's personal account or an unrelated account based on an unverified message. Report any such request through Nayden24's official support channel.
18. Payments, Fees, and Transaction Integrity
18.1 Authorised payment flow
Where a transaction is initiated or accepted through Nayden24, customers and providers must follow the payment method and process specified for that transaction.
Nayden24 may collect transaction payments from customers and settle eligible amounts to artisans, vendors, logistics providers, or other relevant providers in accordance with the applicable transaction terms, settlement arrangements, verification requirements, and law.
Payments may be processed with the assistance of third-party payment service providers, banks, or other authorised financial institutions. Their applicable terms and procedures may also apply.
You must not request, initiate, or knowingly facilitate an unauthorised payment outside the specified transaction flow to evade applicable fees, conceal a transaction, bypass a legitimate platform restriction, or defeat an agreed payment or dispute process.
18.2 Payment-related prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Submit false proof of payment or claim that an unsuccessful payment has been completed.
- Use another person's payment instrument without proper authority.

18.3 Fees and commercial transparency
Users must review the prices, commissions, service fees, markups, delivery charges, taxes, and other applicable costs disclosed before committing to a transaction.
Customers and providers must not knowingly misrepresent the amount due, conceal material charges, or alter an agreed price through deception.
Any applicable Nayden24 commission, fee, or other commercial charge will be governed by the relevant transaction terms, provider agreement, or other applicable disclosure.
18.4 No implied escrow or unconditional payment guarantee
The collection of a payment by Nayden24 does not, by itself, mean that the payment is held in escrow, in a trust account, or under an unconditional guarantee of performance, delivery, refund, or recovery.
Unless expressly established in separate applicable terms for a particular transaction, this Policy does not create an escrow, deposit-taking, insurance, or unconditional payment-guarantee arrangement.
Payment processing and settlement are subject to the applicable transaction terms, payment-provider procedures, verification requirements, and law.
Users must not describe a transaction as escrow-protected or guaranteed unless that arrangement has actually been implemented and expressly applies to the transaction concerned.
18.5 Payment reviews and settlement issues
Where reasonably necessary and permitted by law and the applicable terms, Nayden24 may review a transaction, request supporting records, or restrict, delay, or pause the processing or settlement of a transaction while investigating suspected fraud, unauthorised activity, a material discrepancy, or a legal or payment-provider requirement.
Any such action must be handled in accordance with the applicable transaction terms and law. This Policy does not authorise the automatic forfeiture of a user's funds or remove any applicable entitlement to a refund, settlement, or other lawful remedy.
19. Cancellations, Refunds, and Transaction Disputes
Users must raise cancellation, refund, delivery, workmanship, product-quality, and payment disputes through the applicable Nayden24 process or official support channel.
When raising a concern, you should provide the relevant order reference, transaction details, supporting records, photographs where appropriate, and a clear explanation of the issue.

- Cooperate reasonably with requests for information related to the dispute.
- Avoid threats, intimidation, retaliation, or deliberate destruction of relevant evidence.

Nayden24 may review relevant transaction information and facilitate communications or complaint handling to the extent supported by its services and applicable terms. The outcome of a dispute will depend on the facts, the applicable agreements, and relevant legal requirements.
This Policy does not establish a blanket no-refund rule and does not override consumer rights or other remedies available under applicable law.
20. Construction Safety, Legal Compliance, and Environmental Responsibility
Construction activities may create risks to workers, occupants, neighbours, the public, and property. Users must take reasonable steps to ensure that activities arranged through Nayden24 are lawful and safe.

- Disregard lawful site-access, occupational-safety, or emergency instructions.
Users must comply with relevant construction, environmental, labour, transport, health and safety, and professional regulations applicable to their activities.
A person who becomes aware of an immediate threat to life or serious physical safety should contact the appropriate emergency service or public authority. Nayden24's reporting channels are not a substitute for emergency assistance.
21. Circumvention and Misuse of the Marketplace
Nayden24 is intended to support legitimate transactions and reliable business relationships.
Where a customer or provider has initiated or accepted a transaction through Nayden24, the parties must not knowingly divert or restructure that transaction for the purpose of evading applicable fees, falsifying transaction records, bypassing an investigation, defeating a valid platform restriction, or avoiding other material obligations that apply to that transaction.
You must not:
- Use Nayden24 to obtain another user's contact or commercial information through deception.
- Create a fictitious transaction to extract contact information or gain access to restricted features.
- Use information obtained through Nayden24 to defraud, intimidate, or unlawfully solicit another user.
- Encourage another user to conceal a transaction from Nayden24 to facilitate fraud or evade legitimate obligations.
- Manipulate referrals, promotions, incentives, or other platform benefits through false accounts or fabricated activity.
This section is not intended to prohibit lawful communications, legitimate business relationships, or conduct that the applicable agreements and law permit.
22. Automated Tools, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Collection
You must not use automated systems, artificial intelligence tools, data extraction software, or other technical processes to misuse the platform or interfere with other users.
Without appropriate authorisation, you must not:
- Extract or compile user information for unrelated commercial purposes.

A report should include, where reasonably available:
- The account name, order reference, listing, or transaction involved.
- A description of the suspected violation.
- Relevant dates and times.
- Supporting messages, receipts, screenshots, or other evidence that may lawfully be shared.
- Information about any immediate safety, security, or financial risk.
Reports should be submitted through:
Email: [Insert official support/compliance email]
Website: [Insert support or reporting URL]
Do not send passwords, OTPs, full payment-card credentials, or unnecessary sensitive personal information in a report.
Nayden24 may request further information, review relevant platform records, and take appropriate action where a report provides a reasonable basis for investigation.
We will handle reports as appropriate to their nature, seriousness, and the information available. We do not guarantee a particular outcome or response time unless one is expressly stated in an applicable service commitment or required by law.
Users must not knowingly make malicious, fabricated, or materially misleading reports. However, a genuine report made in good faith is not prohibited merely because the concern cannot ultimately be substantiated.
24. Monitoring, Investigation, and Cooperation
Nayden24 may take reasonable and proportionate steps to maintain platform integrity and enforce this Policy.
Depending on the circumstances, these steps may include:
- Reviewing listings, account details, transaction records, communications available to Nayden24, or submitted evidence.
- Requesting clarification, supporting documents, or verification information.
- Assessing suspected fraud, payment irregularities, safety concerns, or other reported misconduct.
- Removing or restricting content that reasonably appears to breach this Policy.
- Referring a complaint to the relevant team, service provider, regulator, or other appropriate party.
- Preserving relevant information where reasonably necessary and legally permitted.
- Cooperating with lawful requests from authorised regulators, law enforcement agencies, and other competent authorities.
Nayden24 does not promise to monitor every interaction, inspect every listing, independently verify every statement, or identify every breach before a transaction occurs.
Any review of personal information or transaction records must be handled consistently with applicable privacy obligations and other legal requirements.
25. Enforcement and Consequences of Violations
A suspected or confirmed breach of this Policy may result in one or more proportionate actions, depending on its nature, seriousness, recurrence, risk, and applicable legal or contractual requirements.
Possible actions include:
- Issuing a warning or requesting corrective action.
- Requiring additional verification or clarification.
- Removing, editing, or restricting a listing, review, message, or other content.
- Restricting access to a specific feature or transaction.
- Pausing the creation or acceptance of new orders.
- Suspending an account temporarily.
- Terminating an account or provider's access to Nayden24 where justified.
- Reviewing, restricting, or pausing transaction processing or provider settlement where reasonably necessary, proportionate, and permitted by the applicable terms and law.
- Cancelling a transaction where permitted under the relevant terms and applicable law.
- Notifying affected users or relevant third parties where appropriate.
- Reporting suspected unlawful conduct to the competent authority where appropriate or required by law.
- Pursuing other lawful remedies where warranted.
Nayden24 may take urgent interim action where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, immediate safety threats, security incidents, or other material risks.
Where appropriate and legally permissible, Nayden24 may inform the affected user of the decision and its general basis. We may limit information provided where disclosure would compromise an investigation, infringe another person's privacy, create a security risk, or conflict with a legal requirement.
A violation does not automatically entitle Nayden24 to confiscate funds, withhold a lawful refund, or disregard an applicable contractual or statutory obligation. Financial consequences will be handled under the applicable transaction terms and law.
26. Appeals and Requests for Review
If your account, listing, or access to a feature is restricted under this Policy, you may request a review by contacting:
Appeals and account review: [Insert official support/compliance email or appeal URL]
Your request should identify the relevant account or transaction, explain why you believe the decision should be reviewed, and include any supporting information.
Nayden24 may reconsider an action where new information, evidence, or other relevant circumstances justify doing so.
Some urgent restrictions may remain in place while a review is conducted, where reasonably necessary and permitted by law. An appeal does not guarantee reinstatement, reversal of a decision, or a particular resolution time.
Nothing in this process prevents a user from pursuing a complaint, remedy, or right available under applicable law.
27. Third-Party Services and External Links
Nayden24 may rely on or link to third-party services, including payment processors, banks, logistics services, communication tools, and other external platforms.
Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms, privacy notices, and operating rules.
You must not use a third-party integration or external link to bypass Nayden24's security measures or carry out conduct prohibited by this Policy.
Nayden24 is not responsible for statements made by an unauthorised person merely because that person refers to Nayden24. Users should verify material payment, account, and transaction instructions through the appropriate official channel.
The existence of an external link or integration does not, on its own, mean that Nayden24 endorses every product, service, statement, or practice associated with that third party.
28. Service Availability and Responsible Access
Nayden24 may update, maintain, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform from time to time, subject to applicable contractual obligations and law.
You must not exploit service interruptions, technical errors, pricing mistakes, unintended features, or operational weaknesses for an unauthorised purpose.
If you discover a material error affecting a transaction, payment, listing, or account, you should notify the appropriate Nayden24 support channel rather than deliberately exploit the error.
Users remain responsible for maintaining access to their own devices and accounts and taking reasonable precautions against unauthorised access.
29. No Unauthorised Representation
Unless Nayden24 expressly authorises you in writing, you must not claim to be an employee, agent, partner, representative, or official spokesperson of Nayden24.
You must not issue statements, guarantees, payment instructions, verification confirmations, or policy commitments on Nayden24's behalf without the appropriate authority.
Providers must not represent that Nayden24 has guaranteed their work, certified their competence, insured their services, or guaranteed a particular transaction outcome unless the specific representation has been expressly authorised and is accurate.
Nothing in this section excludes any responsibility that arises under applicable law or an express agreement.
30. Updates to This Policy
Nayden24 may update this Policy to reflect changes to its services, operational requirements, legal obligations, safety standards, or marketplace practices.
The current version will be published on the Nayden24 website with the applicable effective date or last-updated date.
Where required by law or applicable contractual terms, Nayden24 will provide notice of material changes through an appropriate channel.
Your continued use of the platform after a revised Policy takes effect will be subject to the updated version to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree to a material change, you should discontinue the affected use of the platform and address any outstanding transactions in accordance with the relevant terms and applicable law.
31. Governing Law and Legal Compliance
This Policy is intended to operate consistently with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and any other mandatory laws applicable to the relevant user, transaction, product, service, or activity.
Applicable legal requirements may include consumer protection, privacy and data protection, cybersecurity, fraud prevention, product safety, building and construction regulation, professional licensing, and payment-services regulation.
Where a provision of this Policy conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the applicable legal requirement will prevail to the extent of the conflict.
Nothing in this Policy excludes liability, consumer rights, or legal remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Any contractual governing-law or dispute-resolution provisions contained in the applicable Terms and Conditions will apply subject to mandatory legal requirements.
